HSI has been effective in developing and implementing Task Orders, project designs and schedules to meet expedited timelines. It has been a pleasure to work with Harbor Services on the Correct Data Closet project. As a mechanical contractor we work with several different GCs (and have been 8a and SDVOSB company in the past ourselves) and encounter different ways each GC handles the subcontractor and day to day business practices. Harbor has been extremely professional, always responding promptly to requests to ensure the project is successful and pays subcontractors timely.
