Harbor Services is a certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) focused on government contracting. We specialize in full renovation and modernization projects throughout the southeast for government agencies. Typically these jobs involve abatement, complete demolition, all new utilities including Electrical, HVAC, Communications, Fire Sprinkler, Plumbing, Structural Improvements and all finishes necessary for a complete and move-in ready space.
We are led by President Sammy Hicks, III. Mr. Hicks is a Service Disabled Veteran who served in the US Army for 28 years, retiring in 2021. Mr. Hicks brings over 20 years of banking, finance, and operations expertise, and management experience.
